Goels Plaza has been very fortunate to complete its six years of success since August of 2004. While the first two years were quite a challenge but with the grace of God and our hard working staff, we were listed as #10 in year 2005 by Triangle Business Journal. Since then we continued going up the ladder and in 2009, we were listed among TOP-5 Banquet and Conference Facilities. This was quite an accomplishment, especially to compete among most public sector and multi-billion dollar entities. Our veteran staff helps our customers plan their events whether it is social or business and provide lots of complimentary services. In 2000, Dr. Vinnie K. Goel, CEO of NFE Technologies and his wife Vibha unveiled plans to construct an independent convention center in Morrisville, NC that would rival other facilities in the Triangle Region. The location was chosen purely for convenience of its users, minutes from RDU Airport and I-40, the complex would become easily accessible from Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and surrounding municipalities.

By 2004, Goels Plaza Banquet and Conference Center, a 38,000 square foot multipurpose facility was completed. Today, it stands as one of the largest, most elegant, state-of-the-art premier facility of its kind for hosting a myriad of functions. “ Since its first anniversary in 2005, we have been consistently rated among the top 10 of Eastern Carolina, and in 2009 we were honored to be among the top 5 banquet facilities in the Triangle area, by Triangle Business Journal.” says Dr Goel.
